Applying extensive experience in the designs of moulds and mould tools for cable connectors, we use thermoplastic injection moulding techniques to produce high reliability cable terminations, splices and specialist mouldings.

The range of applications includes: bend restrictors, flexible transducer array mats, penetrators, and multi-way cable harnesses. We are able to reliably bond the plastic materials to metal. These bonds can withstand considerable pressure, and are ideal for use in the design of moulds and mould tools for cable connectors, the production of high reliability cable terminations, splices and specialist mouldings.
Electrical Distribution Box
Our expertise with high reliability cable splicing and thermoplastic moulding can be employed inside our range of enclosures for umbilical breakouts. By amalgamating the moulding into the cable jacket the number of potential leak paths can be dramatically reduced.
