Subsea Distribution Units
Many subsea assets are reaching and exceeding their original design life. Like-for-like replacement can be difficult, costly, protracted, or impossible. At J+S we have produced a Subsea Distribution Unit design that is modular in construction. Our approach makes it easier and more cost effective to reconfigure the unit for different applications where different numbers of electrical and hydraulic circuits are required.
Subsea Transformers
The J+S transformer is one variant of our versatile and robust pressure vessel design for use in rugged subsea environments. It meets a real and ongoing need to replace the non-contact subsea inductive couplers that are still installed and widely used in the North Sea and elsewhere.
Subsea Electrical Housings (EDB)
The J+S Subsea Electrical Housing is a high integrity subsea enclosure for use as a junction box, electrical termination/distribution module or secure housing for electrical components such as step up/step down transformers etc.
