A team of J+S ladies took on the 5k Barnstaple Race for life this weekend in a bid to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

J+S Ltd recently exhibited at the BWEA, newly named Renewables UK, conference at the QEII Conference Centre in Westminster, London.

The event, which was attended by over 460 delegates, is held to assemble key members of the industry to discuss the latest developments in technology, grid connection, funding, and other key issues around the growing Wave & Tidal industries

J+S releases a strong set of trading results for the year ended September 30 2009

The Barnstaple and Aberdeen based Defence, Oil and Gas and Marine Renewables engineering services provider, J+S Ltd has today released a strong set of trading results for the year ended September 30 2009.

M-Class Frigates Sonar Upgrade

J+S Ltd has recently been awarded a £1.0m contract for the design and supply of four ship sets of sonar transducers by the Defence Materiel Organisation of the Royal Netherlands Navy. The transducers will be installed in the PHS-36 hull-mounted sonar onboard the M-Class frigates operated by the Dutch and Belgian navies.
