In-Service Support

Supporting military equipment throughout its full life cycle lies at the heart of our business and over the years we have matured and refined our support service in order to meet the evolving priorities of our customers.

From traditional Post Design Services, Spares and Repair contracts, to availability based Contractor Logistic Support arrangements; we tailor our support offering to match our customer’s specific requirements.

We deploy dedicated and experienced engineers, working within a mature support infrastructure to ensure round the clock availability of complex military systems.

Contractor Logistic Support (CLS)

Over a number of years we have developed our capability to deliver equipment support services on a CLS basis. For a fixed fee we assume full responsibility for all equipment support activities including inventory management, spares, repairs, logistics, obsolescence management, ARM, engineering support etc.

In the UK this method of contracting for in-service support has become increasingly common and today the majority of our support business is provided under CLS arrangements.

Off-Site Technical Support

We provide a 24/7 rapid response service supported by multi skilled engineers providing specialist installation and setting-to-work services. From fault diagnostics to installation and commissioning, our in-service support team offers a global service.

Obsolescence Management and Technology Insertion

We provide capability and reliability improvements through the incorporation of new technology, COTS components and where appropriate, incremental re-design. We achieve this by utilising specialist component obsolescence tracking services as well as our in-house engineering team’s years of experience.

Spares Management

We ensure equipment availability is maintained at all times through cost effective inventory management and control.

Software Version and Document Control

Maintaining and updating software, drawings or documentation for supported equipment.

Handbooks and Training

We prepare equipment handbooks, drawing on our in-depth understanding of defence handbook requirements.

We design and deliver Operator and Maintainer training courses for equipment for which we provide asset support services.
