The Directors and a group of Senior Managers together with some former Directors hold our company's equity.

Other stakeholders in the company include Finance South West Growth Fund who have provided mezzanine finance and RBS, our senior debt providers.

Report and Accounts are normally filed for the year to September by the following January and are available as a download.
