The Directors and a group of Senior Managers together with one retired Director hold all of the company's equity.  The companies Managing Director and Engineering Director together hold 87% of the voting shares.  The other Executive Directors and senior managers also participate in a HMRC approved Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) option share scheme.

The company's senior debt providers are Clydesdale bank.  All the mezzanine finance in the company previously provided by Finance South West Growth Fund has now been repaid.

Report and Accounts are normally filed for the year to September by the following January and are available as a download.
